Faith Verse Feb 1-13

Hope you all are safe and warm this Sunday morning and rejoicing as a family in the resurrection of Jesus for us.  In our last faith verse, Psalm 145.8-9, we focused on the character of our God, or who He is.  This next faith verse focuses on how His character is revealed to us.  So because He is gracious and merciful, He has forgiven us through Jesus’ blood.

Colossians 2.13-14

And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God  made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,14 by  canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.
